I've always had a soft spot for Winnie the Pooh, so when Disney announced that they were making a live action movie I was beyond excited. When the trailer was released, I bawled my eyes out the minute Pooh spoke. Hearing his voice triggered tears of joy. I made sure to bring lots of tissues to the theater but I also wanted to bring a special treat to get me through the movie. That's when Tigger came to the rescue!
These Tigger Tails are ooey gooey deliciousness on a stick. And they're so easy to make! Arrange four marshmallows on a long lollipop or treat stick with the flat ends facing you. I staggered my marshmallows to make it look more like a tail. Spoon melted caramel over marshmallows and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Once the caramel hardens, spoon melted candy melts over the tails. Let the candy melts dry completely and drizzle melted semisweet chocolate over each tail. That's it!

- 3 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 bag of caramels, unwrapped
- 1/4 C heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 C semisweet chocolate chips
Skewer 4 marshmallows onto a lollipop stick.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and caramels and melt in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds until completely melted. Stir to smooth.
Hold each stick over the bowl and spoon hot caramel all over the marshmallows. Once covered, shake off any excess.
Place finished sticks onto baking sheet lined with parchment and place into fridge for 1 hour.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy melts and coconut oil in increments of 30 seconds at 50% power until completely melted. Stir after each interval.
Spoon candy melts on top of each stick just like you did with the caramel.
Place back into fridge and allow to harden.
Put semisweet chips in a piping bag, twist tightly and microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. Cut the tip off your bag and zig-zag stripes across each tail.
Allow to dry completely before serving and enjoy!
